Ashley N. Watson is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication at SUNY Geneseo. Her interdisciplinary scholarship explores discourses of difference, the sociology of higher education, and transnational identity. She earned her doctorate in Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Administratively, she is an experienced project manager specializing in creating and implementing international and intercultural experiences. Ashley applies her research and grantwriting skills to various fields, including public health, education, nonprofits, creative industries, and supply chain management.
