Em Spalti, (they/her), is a nonbinary researcher with over 10 years of public sector expertise. Working in nonprofit building and data analytics, Em is committed to driving and measuring organizational success.

Em founded Spalti Consulting in 2023 to support nonprofits and social good teams to meet their strategy and evaluation demands. She specializes in working with education, workforce development, and LGBTQIA2+ organizations. Em also volunteers as a board member for the New York Consortium of Evaluators and Collar City Pride. Em is based in New York, NY (Lenapehoking).
