Malla Haridat is an award-winning entrepreneurship strategist and ecosystem consultant who builds programs, platforms, and people with the tools they need to grow — from under-resourced communities to executive teams and government institutions. With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of entrepreneurship education, curriculum design, workforce development, and strategy consulting, Malla is a trusted partner for mission-driven organizations that are scaling impact and seeking results.

Her approach is clear, strategic, and people-centered — helping clients design real-world solutions while building internal capacity. Whether she’s delivering entrepreneurship trainings for government agencies, managing citywide programs with dozens of facilitators, coaching professionals through visibility and promotion goals, or standing up evaluation systems for housing equity initiatives, Malla is known for making complex projects feel doable — and for always delivering.
She has led work for organizations including Columbia University, Con Edison, NYC Department of Small Business Services, Verizon, NHS Brooklyn, Queens Economic Development Corporation, and Better Local Ecosystems. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, Black Enterprise, Inc., HuffPost, ABC, and Fox Small Business. She holds a degree from Columbia University and is SPHR-certified.

Selected Work Highlights - Evaluation Lead – NHS Brooklyn Residential Building Preservation Program
As the multi-year evaluator for a housing preservation initiative serving Black women property owners, Malla built the program’s impact framework, led stakeholder interviews, and is producing public-facing impact reports and a white paper. Her evaluation lens centers community voice, ethical data practices, and accountability.
