Equity Statement

As a white-led company we strive to do our part in support and allyship in the fight against the unhealthy and oppressive structures that currently uphold much of our society.  Our work is founded in social justice- based principles and methodologies that we strive to embody in every aspect of our work.  This includes recognition that a commitment to social justice requires constant learning, updates, and pivots.  We are always available for suggestions, conversations, and call-outs and call-ins via our contact form.  Below are a few of our tangible efforts and commitments.

• Resource list: we hope these resources provide value and support to our community and are open to any suggestions or feedback

• Free evaluation resources including pro-bono consultations

• Blog with resources and reflection on topics in support of social justice

• Upcoming Blog series centering perspectives of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color and trans and gender nonconforming individuals or groups 

• Supporting BIPOC leaders and professionals through our work partnerships and hiring BIPOC and trans and gender nonconforming consultants 

• Hiring equity consultants to provide feedback and guidance on business structure, plan, goals, and content

• Progressively scaled donations (the more we make, the higher percentage we give) to organizations and efforts lead by and serving BIPOC and GLBTQI+ efforts

• Participation in efforts to move the fields of evaluation and nonprofit consulting toward more equitable standards

• Sticking to our founding commitment to social justice-based work
